Master Class
The Hyper Island Master Class consists of a few intense days of advanced professional training and is based on the unique Hyper Island methodology, The Hyper Island Way.
Each Master Class is divided into four stages:
Stage 1: Disruption
Digital is going to change everything. The disruption means that we invite you to look at the world from a different perspective and challenge your perceptions of what you think you know. This stage includes looking at the big picture of the digital landscape today and tomorrow.
Stage 2: Possibilities
After the disruption stage we face challenges and possibilities rather than problems. In this new landscape, how do we see and make use of the possibilities that lie ahead? This stage includes working with briefs, digital case studies and the digital media “toolbox”. You will also look into how to go online with marketing and digital channels as well as looking at new marketing opportunities.
Stage 3: Implementation
How do we make the acquired knowledge relevant to our everyday work? This stage includes looking at new revenue opportunities, digital strategy and future visions.

What we do:
- We create and facilitate courses depending on the company and participant’s needs Each course is unique
- We bring in industry professionals from outside who run workshops, sessions and provide feedback
- We aim at creating secure learning environments that allows participants to challenge themselves in different ways. The question is not what you know, but what you are willing to learn
What we don’t do:
- We don’t teach you anything. Participants learn through active participation – you are not the audience, but a performer
